Today, J.D. Power and Associates announced the results of its 2012 North American Airport Rental Car Satisfaction Study, which measures overall customer satisfaction with renting cars at airports. We are incredibly proud to report that for the first time, all three of our brands took the top three spots.
Enterprise, National and Alamo took the No. 1, 2 and 3 spots respectively. For the Enterprise brand, this is the eighth year in the past nine that it took the top spot, and the 12th time in 14 years.
In a year in which the industry customer satisfaction scores were at their highest in seven years, all three brands finished above industry average and improved their scores from the year before. Alamo moved up two spots, showing the most improvement while surpassing Hertz in the rankings.
In today’s USA Today newspaper, J.D. Power Vice President Stuart Greif says, “Enterprise Holdings has continued to focus on key drivers of customer satisfaction and created a culture with a service orientation.”
In a note to staff Andy Taylor, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer said: “There is a reason our company has had such tremendous success over the years, and it all starts with your continued commitment to your customers and our company. On behalf of the Taylor family and our senior leadership team, I want to congratulate you on this well earned recognition”.
