Enterprise is excited to announce its involvement in the Student Careers Fair on Saturday 6th February, as part of National Student Pride 2016. Read an account of what to expect on the day and how we’re collaborating with students and employers to promote an inclusive working culture.
Feel united
The Student Pride Careers Fair provides a fantastic opportunity to speak about what a diverse
company Enterprise is to work for and the many career opportunities available. We’re also excited to engage with great students (and hopefully recruit a few).
Be inspired
It’s moving to see so many students attending. It’s really educational for our employees too; they get to hear some great panel discussions and network with many other likeminded employers.
However, the best part of the day is chatting and listening to some of the students’ amazing stories and helping to find them great careers.
Have fun!
Do your research about some of the companies attending. There will be lots of experts there on the day; ensure you engage and network with the sponsor companies as well as the other students. Most of all be open-minded – and be yourself!
Enterprising partnerships
We have some great partnerships with universities, including many LGBT groups on campus. We also support initiatives such as local LGBT groups, Stonewall, IDAHOT!, group diversity committees and other Pride events.
Want to be part of an inclusive working culture? Look out for our fantastic graduate opportunities, internships and jobs currently available and make sure you’re following us on Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
