One of the great things about the Enactus weekend is that it’s a chance for students to learn valuable employability skills. They should be thinking, “What do I have, what can I bring, how can I use what I’ve learned?” all to land a graduate career, an internship or a placement. It’s their chance to interact with Enterprise too!
I always enjoy attending the Enactus finals, as I get to hear all the presentations from the participating University teams, as well as meet some great students. But nothing prepared me for what happened next.
My involvement with Enactus in my second year, allowed me to commit to something that empowered peoples lives. It was through this that I was first introduced to Enterprise Rent-A-Car and eventually begun a Summer internship and part-time job during my final year. Here is my story.
