Spin & Win – Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition is operated by Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Limited of Enterprise House, Melbourne Park, Vicarage Road, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9JY, United Kingdom.
  2. In order to be eligible to win a prize on offer you must be over the age of 18 at the time of entry and in full-time education at a UK university. Not open to employees (or their immediate families) of Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Limited, its agencies or anyone else professionally associated with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Limited. Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Limited  reserves the right to request proof of identity or to verify eligibility conditions.
  3. The closing date for the competition is 4.00pm Friday 28th November 2014. After this time you may still be able play the online version of the Spin & Win game, but the score will not count towards the competition and you will not be eligible for a prize. Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Limited reserve the right to change the end date of the competition at any time.
  4. Only one registration per person is permitted to enter the daily prize draw, however you are permitted to play multiple times in order to increase your score and be eligible to enter the prize draw for an iPad Mini.
  5. Competition prizes are as follows:
    1. Daily prize draw winner awarded to a student selected at random from all registered entries into the ‘daily prize draw’ received up until 4.00pm on the day of play, Monday to Friday. Entries received after this time will be eligible for the prize draw the following day. One prize draw winner per day to receive 1 x Nando’s gift-card.
    2. iPad Mini prize draw winner awarded to student selected at random from all online registrations for the ‘iPad Mini draw’ and all registrations collected at on-campus events. Draw will take place once competition has closed at 4.00pm on Friday 28th November 2014.
  6. The prizes are not transferable to another person nor is any part of the prize exchangeable for cash or another prize. If the prize offered is not available an alternative prize will be offered of equal value.
  7. By entering the competition you are providing Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Limited and our agents who administer the game, with your contact details which may be used to identify the winner(s) of the completion and to inform you about upcoming opportunities with Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Limited. Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Limited will use your data in accordance to UK data protection legislation.
  8. Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Limited cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the website and is not responsible for any disruption to the game or the website due to technical problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control.
  9. The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with the game.
  10. Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Limited cannot accept any responsibility for  any damage, loss, injury suffered by entering the competition.
  11. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  12. Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Limited’s decision is final and we reserve the right not to correspond on any matter.
  13. The laws of England apply and any disputes will be dealt with in the English courts only.
